Strengthening capacity of soc. dialogue in the area of implementation of work time shortening without reducing wages and using flexible forms of job allocation in relation to labour productivity, competitiveness and reconciliation of work, personal and family life
The main purpose of the project is to find solutions to long-term employment problems in the Czech Republic, which will take place through social dialogue. On the basis of partnerships and in cooperation with regional actors, key issues will be defined and dealt with. The aim will be to demonstrate that more efficient use of flexible forms of time allocation and shortening without a reduction in wages can lead both to increased competitiveness and to increase employment and can result from dialogue.
