The Werkperspektiva project addresses the maintenance and improvement of the level of knowledge, skills and competences of employees following the development of the employer’s needs and the preparation of selected groups of employees to provide new projects. The project will support 250 workers at all professional levels, including 46 persons aged 54+. The project will ensure compliance of the qualification level of the labour force with the requirements of the labour market and will increase the adaptability of older workers at the largest employer in the region of three.
