The subject of the project “eJustice 2020 – part of eISIR” is the creation of an electronic Information System of Insolvency Register eISIR, which introduces fully electronic submission and fully electronic file into insolvency proceedings. The eISIR electronic information system will have a complex character that is expected to be used with full availability. The BPMS technology will offer extensive possibilities of selected actions, which in practice will lead mainly to a significant streamlining of the insolvency agenda and time savings.
