The aim of the project is to increase the professional level of knowledge, skills and competences of the employees of enterprises associated in the Regional Development Council and cooperation based in Třinec, which is established for the purpose of public interest. The project will enable the qualification level of workforce to be consistent with the requirements of the labour market and to increase the adaptability of older workers. The project will support at least 130 workers in the form of external training.
