The South Bohemian Region is the second in the regional order in terms of the number of solid fuel boilers used for local heating of family houses (namely 56,563 boilers). The South Bohemian Region assumes that thanks to the allocation (CZK 303 million), the required number of 2,020 boilers will be replaced mainly for boilers with the possibility of burning coal and biomass. The objectives set by the South Bohemian Region are quantified through binding indicators in accordance with the requirements of the subsidy provider.
