WITH THIS PROJECT RöCHLING AUTOMOTIVE ITALIA INTENDS TO CARRY OUT A TRAINING PROJECT INVOLVING 55 EMPLOYEES WORKING IN VARIOUS SECTORS OF THE COMPANY. IT IS EXPECTED TO REALISE A TOTAL OF 312 HOURS OF TEACHING AND THE REALISATION OF 10 TRAINING MODULES. THE OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT IS THE REALISATION OF 16 TRAINING COURSES, MOSTLY INDIVIDUALISED AND CALIBRATED ACCORDING TO THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF THE 55 PARTICIPANTS. THE ACTIVITIES WILL SUPPORT THE INCREASE OF THE LEVEL OF COMPETENCE AND KNOWLEDGE IN VARIOUS FIELDS OF VERY HIGH TECHNOLOGICAL VALUE (SENSORY, ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING, RADIOGRAPHIC TESTING), BUT ALSO IN THE FIELD OF SO-CALLED SOFTSKILLS AND CROSS-CUTTING SKILLS (TEAMS, CONFLICT MANAGEMENT, ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND EXCEL IN PROFESSIONAL CONTEXT, 5S CONCEPTS).
