WITH THIS PROJECT SASA INTENDS TO EQUIP ITSELF WITH A TRAINING TOOL TO EQUIP THE TRAVELLING STAFF WITH BEHAVIORAL SKILLS TO BETTER MANAGE PASSENGERS, THEIR NEEDS AND THE CRITICALITIES THAT CAN ARISE FROM BEHAVIOUR NOT PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED. FOR THESE REASONS, THE PROJECT AIMS TO ALIGN BUS DRIVERS, BOTH NEWLY RECRUITED AND ALREADY OPERATIONAL STAFF, ON CROSS-CUTTING AND GENERAL SKILLS BY ACTIVATING TRAINING MODULES ON COMMUNICATION, CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND OTHER SUBJECTS OF THE BEHAVIORAL SPHERE. THE PROJECT ALSO PROVIDES FOR A REAL CONTINUOUS TRAINING COURSE, PLANNED FOR ALL EMPLOYEES. WORKERS ALREADY IN POSSESSION OF LICENSES AND ALREADY OPERATIONAL WILL SEE UPDATED THEIR SKILLS, BOTH FOR WHAT IS REQUIRED BY LAW, FOR ISSUES RELATED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, RELATIONSHIP WITH COLLEAGUES AND TRAVELLERS.
