The subject of the project is the purchase of 1 light rescue and fire-extinguishing car with equipment. The purchased modern with high technical parameters. the car will be characterised by high quality and durability. The technologies used in production are of a forward-looking nature (they are characterised by the latest technical and technological solutions). The car meets the requirements resulting from the applicable European and Polish environmental standards and regulations. The car has high off-road characteristics (angle of attack – min 23° in accordance with the guidelines of the Scientific and Research Centre for Fire Protection for cars with 4x4 drive, exit angle – min 23°; ground clearance minimum 180 mm; a chassis of a vehicle with reinforced mechanical suspension of both axles capable of withstanding a fixed maximum permissible load without damage under all the operating conditions prescribed by the manufacturer; water tank 1 m³ ± 3 %; high pressure water and foam unit with a capacity of min 60 l/min at a pressure of 40 bar built on the basis of a four-stroke internal combustion engine with electric start and a membrane pump; manual foaming agent dispenser; high-speed approach line; 40 m-60 m on electric reel; portable water and foam cannon. The purchase will increase the mobility of the individual (at the same time the remaining cars may be available for other events). The purchase of a medium combat vehicle with equipment for the TSO in Barczew will contribute to safeguarding the region against the occurrence and consequences of natural disasters and catastrophes, which directly implements thematic objective 5, investment priority 5b and the specific objective of sub-measure 5.4.1.
