SA.60012(2020/X) As a result of the project, there will be a significantly improved change in business processes in the enterprise, through the use of digital technologies, at least an innovation on a company scale. The implementation and optimisation of business processes in the company is dictated by changes in the way the company operates in the conditions of epidemics of infectious diseases, in particular the COVID-19 pandemic and the need to strengthen the security and resilience of the company in the event of further similar crises. The implementation and optimisation of business processes in the enterprise will be preceded by a pre-implementation analysis of currently existing systems and processes in the company. A significantly improved business process in the enterprise will be based on the purchase and implementation of technical and functional innovations and devices in the enterprise, i.e.: 1. A central database for storing and promoting data. 2. A data rail that will enable the integration of data and systems. 3. CRM system 4. ERP system, which will improve the coordination of many processes in the company 5. System for Help Desk – a system for handling service requests 6. Billing module 7. Provisioning Module 8. FSM (Field Service Management) 9. Modeling of business processes in the company 10. Purchase of the necessary equipment to implement the above process innovations (server and storage). After the implementation of the above functionalities, specialised trainings will be carried out to familiarise the company’s employees with the support of new systems and business processes based on implemented systems.
