The aim of the project is to improve back office processes in UKE, which will significantly facilitate and speed up its operations and have a positive impact on building the image of UKE as a modern and citizen-friendly office The subject of the project will be the expansion and modification of the Electronic Services Platform (PUE) UKE, which will improve and accelerate the service and conduct of internal processes, and thus improve the functioning of the office, and as a result will have a positive impact on the settlement of matters by entrepreneurs and citizens. The project will also implement innovative ICT solutions, such as: blockchain and module related to digitisation and management of accumulated inter-operator contracts, which will translate into improving the work of officials, and indirectly improve the efficiency of handling cases of indirect recipients of the project. In addition, back-office support processes carried out in connection with the use of PUE will be optimised and some of them additionally digitised. In addition, people involved in the implementation of modernised back office processes will be properly trained to handle them.
