The main objective of the project is to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of operational programmes: POPC and POIG by securing the necessary human resources and conditions guaranteeing the smooth operation of the institution. The POPC provides financial resources to support processes in the field of preparation, management, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and control of implementation, as well as information and promotion and evaluation of EU programmes. The aim of the project is also diagnostics, systematisation (“mapping”) and optimisation of organisation and management processes in CPPC in terms of effectiveness and their updating in terms of benchmark standards implemented on the Polish labour market in the area of leadership competences, organizational structure, internal communication principles, motivation, development and organisation of work, with particular emphasis on hybrid work.
