The aim of the project is to provide funds for the financing of human resources of the Office of Electronic Communications – an institution identified in the Operational Programme Digital Poland 2014-2020 and a detailed description of the priority axes of the Operational Programme Digital Poland for 2014-2020 to act as institutions of a specialised nature in the field of digitalisation. The provision of adequate resources is necessary for the proper performance of the obligations arising from the Tripartite Agreement on the implementation by the Office of Electronic Communications of certain tasks related to the implementation of Priority Axis I of the Universal Internet Access to the Digital Poland Operational Programme 2014-2020, concluded on 3 June 2015 between the Minister of Infrastructure and Development, the Centre for Digital Poland Projects and the Office of Electronic Communications. As part of the project, I will finance the salaries of people employed in UKE, including: a) the remuneration of persons employed under a contract of employment, together with awards, (b) work-related allowances; the annual additional remuneration (DWR) of the remuneration and performance allowances paid in 2022; D) Employee Capital Plans, totalling PLN 8353000.
