POLGUSTUS MARCIN Minakowski, when planning to start operations on foreign markets, commissioned an external company to verify selected countries for the implementation of research services related to the development of the optimal product specificity and efficiency of the manufacturing process for the food industry. Of the five markets analysed in detail, two were ultimately selected in the form of Germany and the United States. Their selection was preceded by a thorough analysis based on information available in official Internet sources and information collected by an external consulting company, which has been described in detail in the Business Model. Duration of the project: 1.11.2022 – 18.12.2023 The service the Applicant intends to promote on foreign markets is specialised research addressed to the food industry in the scope of: biofunctionality research (regarding the specificity of products) and process research (regarding the efficiency of the manufacturing process). In order to enter the German and American markets consciously and prudently, the following steps are planned: 1. Purchase of an advisory and analytical service in the field of promotion of selected products on the German market 2. Purchase of an advisory and analytical service in the field of promotion of selected products on the American market 3. Purchase of a fixed asset in the form of an extruder. 4. Purchase of an online marketing service for the promotion of the selected service on target markets 5. Purchase of an offline marketing service for the promotion of the selected service on target markets 6. Production and translation of promotional materials 7. Organise the Applicant’s participation in an economic mission to the United States, combined with the Applicant’s participation in the Food Ingredients North America Las Vegas Fair 2023. 8. Organise the Applicant’s participation in Food Ingredients Europe Frankfurt 2023. The full range of steps is described in individual tasks.
