The main objective of this project is to increase the use of ICT systems in public administration (including health care units), through the introduction of e-services and innovative and technologically advanced solutions containing elements of artificial intelligence in the field of health services, as an enabling tool – combining the work of doctors and artificial intelligence (AI) in diagnosing and describing patient research. Due to the scope of the project and the area of operation, the recipients (stakeholders) of the project will be natural persons (patients and medical personnel) and legal persons (three Health Protection Units for which the Board of Lubuskie Voivodeship is the founding body) from the Lubuskie Voivodeship area, using the system and making available under it level 2 e-services IV: • e-MedBrain Analysis – the patient logs into the portal, logging in with ePUAP/National node, after logging in, the patient’s data is completed automatically and sees the test evaluated by artificial intelligence. The description of the study will include at least information about specific places where there are potentially suspicious changes, anomalies, abnormalities, e.g. cancer. (level IV), • e-MedBrain Consultation – in the field of mammography, neurology, pulmonology – the service enables the doctor to internally transmit imaging, mammography, neurological, pulmonological examination and evaluation of these images by the artificial intelligence engine during the process of describing the study (level IV).
