Revitalisation of the building of the Multi-specialistic Provincial Hospital in Gorzów Wlkp. sp. z o. o. for the needs of the Lubuskie Centre for Digital Competences and Shared Services – stage I

The subject of the project, n. “Revitalisation of the building of the Multi-specialistic Provincial Hospital in Gorzów Wlkp. sp. z o.o. for the needs of the Lubuskie Centre for Digital Competences and Shared Services – stage I” is the revitalisation and granting of new functions by transforming the existing building No. 13 for the needs of the Lubuskie Centre for Digital Competence and Shared Services and institutions providing services to residents. The facility is located on plot no. 807/4, registration area 0002 Górczyn, Gorzów Wielkopolski, with an area intended for the needs of the Lubuskie Centre for Digital Competence and Shared Services (LCKCiUW) approx. 12 000 m². The project covered by Resolution No XXIV/432/2020 of the Gorzów Wielkopolska City Council of 24 June 2020 on the adoption of the Municipal Programme for the Revitalisation of Gorzów 2025 +, where functional and utility assumptions for the facility were indicated. The project includes the transformation of the function and the revalorisation of an unused, degraded complex of buildings (included in the register and supervised by a conservator of monuments) after laundry, kitchen and workshops, which has permanently lost its function and purpose with an area of 2 111 m² and a usable area of 4 241.25 m². The aim is to create an infrastructural basis for building a regional ICT environment and organisational and technical conditions for the provision of public services by electronic means for: Lubuskie medical units subordinate to the Local Government of the Lubuskie Voivodeship, Provincial Self-Governmental Organizational Units, District and Municipal Units of the Voivodeship. Lubuskie, Lubuskie schools for which IT reforms are a heavy financial and human resources burden. The area of the building covered by the revitalisation works in the first stage is 2 853.13 m². The applicant has the right to dispose of the property under a loan agreement concluded with the owner of the facility for a period of 25 years. Duration of implementation: Q1 2022 – Q4 2023.
