The project, which is the subject of this application form, will be implemented in the Łódzkie Voivodeship, the Eastern Lodz District, in the Municipality of Koluszki. The project under analysis is called. “Energy from the Sun in the Municipality of Koluszki” provides for the installation of photovoltaic panels and a biomass boiler in residential buildings. The main objective of the project is to increase the share of renewable energy sources in the energy balance of the municipality of Koluszki and to reduce the use of mine energy sources leading to the improvement of the natural environment by reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. The beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Koluszki. The final beneficiaries of the project will be residents of the municipality of Koluszki, who will use directly the installed equipment. Households using PV panels: 651 pcs. Households using biomass boilers: 1 pc. Total 652 households/average 3 os/gosp. = about 1956 direct users. As a result of the project, 652 installations will be installed, the planned reduction in CO2 emissions will be 1 379.51 t CO2/year equivalent. The direct result of the project will be to improve the air condition by reducing CO2, PM10, PM2.5 and benzo(a)pyrene emissions. The use of conventional fossil fuels will be reduced. All planned construction works will comply with the principles of universal planning, and their execution will be controlled by investor supervision. The Municipality of Koluszki through the Municipality Office in Koluszki will be the unit directly responsible for the preparation, implementation and settlement of the project (with regard to the implementation of substantive tasks, also the contractor of the works in the “design and build” mode selected by the applicant as part of the tender procedure, meeting the conditions specified in the procedure).
