The aim of the project is to increase the production of heat and electricity from renewable energy sources in private buildings and public utility buildings in the Pątnów Municipality, as well as to achieve savings and optimisation of the costs of energy consumption. The project contributes to lower energy consumption costs as a result of energy production from RES in households, buildings and public buildings, thus reducing the consumption of conventional fuels and increasing the share of RES in the fuel and energy balance of the Łódź Voivodeship. To this end, it is planned to design and build: 93 PV installations in private locations and 4 PV installations in public utilities, 97 in total. 16 solar collectors (in private farms) and 12 biomass boilers (in private farms) – in the Pątnów Municipality. In 10 residential buildings, the heating system will be supported by a tank on the CWU. New energy sources will produce the necessary amount of energy for their own needs, using the maximum renewable energy. The project uses and promotes the most efficient and environmentally friendly energy technologies, equipment and installations. Implementation of the project will contribute directly to reducing emissions of pollutants (including CO2) into the air. Air quality will be improved, which will affect the comfort of life in the Łódź Voivodeship and an increase in social activity. The project will respect the principles of universal planning in terms of accessibility, usability, flexibility of applied solutions for people with disabilities. The project includes preparatory work, investor supervision and project promotion. The project will primarily serve the residents of the Pątnów Municipality – 6504 people (target group).
