The project will be implemented in Podlaskie Voivodeship, a city with the status of Łomża county. Information systems related to the provision of e-services planned to be launched as part of the project will be processed at workstations located in the main building of the Municipal Office in Łomża at ul. PL. The Old Market Square 14 in Łomża and, to a lesser extent, in the building at ul. Field 16 in Łomża. The aim of the project is to increase the resilience of the public services of the City of Łomża to pandemic shocks and similar crises by supporting corrective actions in the field of digital transformation. The subject of the project is: the development of e-services in the administration supporting the recovery of the region’s economy due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The project is a stand-alone unit of analysis and covers all tasks necessary to ensure the functionality and operationality of the infrastructure after completion of the material scope. No additional tasks are required for the launch of the project’s products. The material scope includes: indirect costs: Project engineer, purchase of information board/memorial board, Task 1 Expansion of the office’s IT infrastructure, Task 2 Electronicisation of public services provided by the office, Task 3 Sharing the resources of public registers, Task 4 Conducting security tests. Applicant, Investor, Beneficiary of the project – City of Łomża. The project will be implemented by the PCM method in a participatory form. The City of Lomża will be responsible for the project. The project is not a large project, does not benefit from public aid and does not generate income. The indicators will be achieved in: 2023 (product) and 2024 (result). Main target groups: residents of Łomża, entrepreneurs operating in Łomża, employees of UM in Łomża. FNPV/C financial performance indicators = -2 525 135.70 PLN. The project generates social and economic benefits, index B/C=2,35, greater than 1. ENPV/C for 5 %= 4 034 720,91 zł, ERR/C= 29.59 % is greater than 5 %.
