The main objective of the project is to promote access to social services for residents of Ukraine who came to the territory of the Republic of Poland in connection with the armed conflict on the territory of this country and other groups with special needs, by supporting the infrastructure necessary for its efficient provision. Specific objectives: Assistance to persons fleeing Ukraine and other groups with special needs; To meet basic social needs, i.e. housing needs for a minimum of 43 people in need of support; Improvement of social assistance infrastructure in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship through the purchase of 19 housing units, which in the future will be able to perform the function of protected and assisted dwellings; The target group is Ukrainian citizens who came to the territory of the Republic of Poland from the territory of Ukraine in connection with war activities carried out on the territory of Ukraine and other groups with special needs. Achieving the main objective requires the acquisition of 19 residential units in 4 main cities of the province (Rzeszów- 3 residential units, Krosno- 6, Przemyśl- 5, Tarnobrzeg- 5) together with equipment enabling the implementation of residential functions provided for in the project and having storage facilities and parking spaces. The project includes the purchase of 16 3-room dwellings (two separate rooms + kitchenette connected to the room) and 3 2-room dwellings (one separate room + kitchenette connected to the room). Dwellings will be purchased as turnkey. They will have the necessary installations, all finishing works will be done, kitchens will have housing and household appliances, bathrooms will be ready for use (finished with white assembly). Only the purchase of movable equipment (furniture, textiles, dishes, lighting, etc.) will be required. In total, the dwellings will be used for at least 43 pers. (min. 2 pers. in larger apartments and min. 1 in smaller ones).
