The subject of the project is the adaptation and conversion of unused premises owned by the municipality of Ruda Śląska into social housing. The project involves the execution of the necessary construction and installation works using the existing internal installation and network infrastructure, which requires adaptation to the designed function. As part of the project, 28 new social housing units with a total area of 1 352,55 square meters will be created. The apartments will be intended for Ukrainian citizens, and after completing this function they will be used as housing with social rent. A total of 28 new apartments will be created from 26 degraded and unused dwellings and three commercial premises located at ul. Norwid 2/02 and Jansa 13/01-02. From two premises at ul. Janasa 13/01-02 will be separated one dwelling.
