The scope of the project includes the reconstruction of existing stations of GPZ Braniewo and Kętrzyn located in the area of the Branch in Olsztyn ENERGA-OPERATOR SA. The project was divided into two tasks: 1) Replacement of WN/SN transformers in GPZ Braniewo in order to increase the possibility of connecting RES generation sources, 2) Replacement of the WN/SN transformer in GPZ Kętrzyn in order to increase the possibility of connecting RES generation sources. It is planned to be implemented in 2022 and 2023 in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship, in the municipality of Braniewo (GPZ Braniewo) and in the city of Kętrzyn (GPZ Kętrzyn). The detailed location of the Project with an indication of the plots on which the material scope of the Project will be implemented is presented in Chapter 2.4.3 of the feasibility study accompanying the application. The proposed investment scope will allow to increase the possibility of connecting new electricity generation units from RES and micro-installations to the grid in a way that ensures the safety of the operation of the DSO’s electricity networks. The project is planned to: • replacement of 110/15 kV transformers with 16MVA power for 25MVA transformers (2 units in GPZ Braniewo and 1 pcs in GPZ Kętrzyn), • replacement of existing transformer sleepers and adjustment of rail spacing to 25MVA units, • replacement of neutral transformer point, • replacement of overvoltage stops on the side of WN and star point disconnectors, • adaptation of secondary circuits to equipment of new transformers – replacement of ARN systems, • replacement of existing overhead SN bridges from power transformers stations to SN switchgear, • configuration of telemechanics concentrator. The Project does not provide for works related to the construction or reconstruction of power lines.
