The project includes the construction of a Nature Plant with a rehabilitation pool and spa promenades (including: walking routes and related parking lots) and technical infrastructure, which is part of the equipment of the spa forest of Elma Valley, in the village Nowa Wieś Iławecka, in the area of health resort protection Górowo Iławeckie, gmina Górowo Iławeckie, on plots No 102/9,102/13,111/2, geodetic area No.29 Nowa Wieś Iławecka. As part of the project, a three-storey building was designed, a basement with a technical part intended for spa purposes, composing with the emerging complex of pavilions (B-to which it will be directly connected, A and brine towers), constituting an essential complement to the emerging medical infrastructure. The possibility of spa treatment and healing properties of natural raw materials and climate was confirmed by Decision No 82 of the Minister of Health of 24 March 2016 and the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 21 October 2019 on granting the status of spa protection area to sociologies: Gałajny, Czyprki and Woryny located in the municipality of Górowo Iławeckie. Stages of the project: 1. development of design documentation, 2.development of feasibility study, 3. submission of application documentation, 4. conducting of tenders, 5. execution of works covered by the project, 6. performance of the work carried out, 7. settlement of investments, 8. implementation of promotional activities. The project fits into the assumptions of SzOOP: —it is included in the catalogue of possible types of projects, -stakeholders are tourists, patients, entrepreneurs and residents, -applicant is not subject to exclusion and is entitled to apply for funding, – the project is located in a town with the status of a health resort protection area Górowo Iławeckie. The implementation of the project will affect the implementation of the output indicators of Sub-measure 6.2.1 ROP WM and SzOOP. Project in line with the objectives of ROP WM 2014-20.
