Target group:45os.(27K/18M)from 10 multi-problem families, at risk of poverty or social exclusion due to helplessness of care and education and dysfunctions associated with, among others, poverty, unemployment, disability, violence and dependence, residing in the Elbląg district: —Godkowo (rural commune), -Gronowo Elbląskie (rural municipality), -Markusy (rural commune), -Mlynary (urban-rural commune), -Mlynary (rural area), -Rychlik (rural municipality). The project is 100 % targeted at natural families at risk of poverty and social exclusion, with problems of care and education, at risk of taking away the child and placing it in foster care – there will be 45 people – 15 adults-parents (10K/5M) and their 30 children (estimated 17K/13M). At least 50 % of supported families are large families with at least three children-min.5 families. Main objective: Increased capacity to overcome difficulties in fulfilling care and educational functions in 10 multi-problem families, including large, at risk of poverty or social exclusion, by providing high-quality services of general interest;in the period 11.2022-06.2023, fostering greater social inclusion and prevention of child removal and placement in foster care; by creating 10 permanent places for the provision of social services. Tasks: Family Zone – needs analysis, specialist counselling, support group, family assistant services STREFA FAMILY – workshops of parental and life competences STREFA DZIECKA – care and therapeutic services Main results: Number of family support and foster care facilities set up in the scheme after the end of the project.-10
