The subject of the project is the thermomodernisation of the building of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Chodzieża.Scope of works:- modernisation of the c.o. installation – improvement of the heating installation consisting of dismantling the old and carrying out a new installation; — replacement of doors with a heat transfer coefficient for the whole set of not more than Uwlt;=1.3 W/m2xK;- replacement of windows with a heat transfer coefficient of not more than Uwlt;=0.9 W/m2xK;- insulating the roof with a thickness of 20 cm minimum and a heat conductivity coefficient of not more than 0.0 36 W/mK;- insulation of external walls using the BSO method with styrofoam with a thickness of 15 cm and a heat conductivity coefficient of not more than 0.033 W/mK;- modernisation of the c.w.u. installation – dismantling of the existing and construction of a new installation;- insulating external pedestal walls and in the basement with extruded styrofoam gr 15 cm and a heat conductivity coefficient of not more than 0.0 32 W/mK;- warming of the floor on 590.35 m² hard/floor polystyrene with a thickness of 10 cm and a heat conductivity coefficient of not more than 0.037 W/mK;- installation of a PV installation with a power of 19.9 kW;- modernisation of the lighting system;- associated renovation works (which constitutes an ineligible cost in full) – indicated in point. 3.4 and V.1 SW.The scope of the project also includes the preparation of a feasibility study, preparation of technical documentation, development of energy and lighting audit, investor supervision and information and promotion activities.The material effects of project implementation are (year 2023):- Number of energy upgraded buildings – 1 pc;- Use area of buildings subjected to thermal modernisation – 1 594.82 m²;- Additional capacity to generate electricity from renewable sources – 0,0199 MWe;- Number of electricity generation units built from renewable energy sources – 1 pc.
