Development services for Wielkopollan

The main objective of the project is the acquisition of professional qualifications by 2094 adults (including 838 women) from the Wielkopolska Voivodeship area of active age, in particular at the age of 25-64 (mainly with low competences and qualifications and/or 50+), from medium-sized cities (especially those losing socio-economic functions) reporting on their own initiative the need for upskilling. The target group (GD) consists of 2094 adults (838 women) of active age from the Voivodeship in particular from the following groups: The project will be implemented between 1.1.2023 and 30.11.2023 by qualified staff of the Applicant and Partners with several years of experience in the implementation of projects of similar or identical nature.Actions in the project:1. Implementation of development support using the demand-driven approach (choice by the Participant of the development service project from BUR, submission of the application form, signing and implementation of the contract, reimbursement of UP expenses).2. Monitoring of some development services. 3. Information and promotion activities (e.g. on www, Instagram, FB, newsletter, cyclical information meetings – also webinars, cooperation with the IOB from the UK) focusing on the presentation of the benefits resulting from independent selection of development services.The implementation of the activities will take into account the principles of equal opportunities for women and men and non-discrimination, presupposes the availability of support for persons with disabilities and carers for children. Number of people participating in out-of-school education in the programme: 2094 people (838 women, 1,256 men). Number of people who have obtained qualifications in non-school forms of education: 1,885 people (755 women, 1,130 men)
