The project consists of a comprehensive deep modernisation of the power plant of the SP building in Lusów, including works resulting from the energy audit and lighting. The building requires an increase in the thermal insulation of the external walls, the roof of the building and floors planted on the ground together with the replacement of window and door joinery. It is planned to replace the gas boiler room with pumped water and heat pumps. All radiators will be equipped with thermostatic valves. The sports room will be heated with modern rooftop heaters and air conditioning is foreseen in the classrooms. The project also provides for the replacement of lighting and installation of photovoltaic installations on the roof of the building. In addition, the warming of the outer walls and the floor on the ground of gymnast and connector are ineligible due to the too long payback time for investments.
