The subject of the project is: 1) development of complete design documentation necessary for the execution of construction works with obtaining the necessary permits (completed task), 2) reconstruction and extension of building “C”, 3) reconstruction of the communication link between building “B” and “C”, reconstruction of the central part of building B related to the construction of the connector and new hospital crane, 4) transfer of computer tomograph to building “C”, 5) purchase and installation of magnetic resonance imaging and angiograph, 6) purchase of equipment, 7) exercise of investor supervision and authorial supervision 8) project management. The implementation, settlement and evaluation of the project will be the responsibility of the project implementation team consisting of the Applicant’s employees. Construction works and supplies will be carried out by external entities selected in accordance with the PZP Act/Exemptions to the Act. Immediately after the completion of the project, it will be possible to use the full functionality of the created infrastructure. The project does not require additional actions to make full use of the infrastructure. SPWSZ will provide the necessary technical, human resources and knowledge to ensure the commissioning of the infrastructure after the completion of the project. A detailed description of how technical, human resources and knowledge is provided to enable the project to be implemented in a timely manner and to ensure the sustainability of the project, in particular its results, can be found in the feasibility study under 3.2.2 Description of project implementation and 3.2.4 Durability of project results. The project is stationary. MAIN STAGES OF THE PROJECT: Development of a design doc., selection of the contractor of works, construction works, supervision, purchases and equipment of facilities. The applicant has medical staff suitably qualified to handle medical devices covered by the project. As a result of the implementation of the project, the applicant will have the necessary technical infrastructure for the installation and use of the med products covered by the project.
