The project will increase the employability of people living in the countryside of Šumper and find themselves unemployed. It will take advantage of the current growth in jobs, good practice and how Šumperk works together with the ÚP and local employers and will bring its participants closer to the local job offer. Its adapted employment programme (motivation, consulting, work training, mediation of contact with the labour market) based on individual approach and the principle of permeability will successfully pass 15 people from CS (9 above bag.p.).
