The project presented by the SARL PMSD-MAIN STREET CAFE TUNED consists of the creation of a catering space, event organisations and a souvenir shop. Located in the heart of Marigot at 18 rue de la République, the development of new 136 m² space, currently made up of old old and degraded premises, helps to revitalise the economic activity and attractiveness of the city center. In the event space, shows, concerts, aftreworks, artist showcases and themed evenings will be organised. The total cost of the project is estimated at EUR 199 864,94, mainly expenditure on works (64.11 %), purchase of equipment (23.23 %), furniture 7.24 %, as well as promotion and communication costs (5.40 %) necessary in particular for the launch of the product.
