The City of Porto Vecchio has decided to couple a compliance of the EPHAD (especially on the issue of access) with an energy renovation, which is the subject of this dossier. The energy rehabilitation involves the total rehabilitation of the insulation (walls, low floors, roofing, changing openings), volume management (installation of a false ceiling), the installation of a low consumption single or double flow VMC, LED or LBC lighting and efficient heating and air conditioning (reversible air heat pump VRV) and a thermodynamic system of domestic hot water. The target energy level is 86.8 kWh of primary energy, per m² SHON, a reduction of 63 % compared to the reference consumption (above the 40 % minimum required by the BBC renovation). The total regulatory gain in primary energy compared to the initial is 1 177 222 kWh per year, i.e. – 77 % compared to the initial, or 98 % of the objectives of the investment priority for the CO32 indicator. As regards “reducing greenhouse gas emissions”, the reduction is 349 toeCO2 per year, i.e. 70 % of the investment priority targets for the CO34 indicator. Thus, the project fully meets the objectives of the 4c of the ERDF OP Corsica.
