The operation aims to rehabilitate 78 collective housing units, distributed in 2 buildings, constituting the first phase of the urban renewal project in the Rabière district of Joué les Tours. This operation is part of urban renewal projects on the territory of Tours Métropole Val de Loire and will improve the energy performance of rehabilitated housing.
