The Constant Fleming Hospital (CHLCF) public health facility has an adult and paediatric emergency headquarters (AES). The operation consists of renovating the infrastructure of the LCF Hospital Centre building in the context of energy and water savings by: — The replacement of air treatment plants in operating rooms with modern and less energy-intensive power plants; — Installation of an air dehumidification system in the operating room and the production of domestic hot water by solar energy; — Replacement of the insulating system of the ice water system; — Replacement of lifts by energy-recovery lifts; — The replacement of autoclaves of sterilisation with new and less energy-consuming equipment; — The implementation of software from G.M.A.O (Management of Maintenance Assisted by Ordina-teur) to eliminate the use of paper in the services: technical, IT and biomedical;
