To diversify the activities in the southern districts of Île-Saint-Denis and to respond to the difficulty of access to the real estate of the actors of the ESS, 380 m² of premises on the ground floor of the central mobility n°1 of the eco river district, will be developed by Plaine Commune. A social and solidarity economy cluster with moderate rents will thus be created, in a co-design approach with the actors.
