Agence Immobilière Solidaire by Amitel to connect young people and owners.

Cap Loji by Amitel is a housing support service in the Lower Rhine with the following objectives: the development of rental and social pathways for young people aged 18 to 30 (rental coaching, peer-to-peer support, mobilisation of ICTs to promote the rental accessibility of young people, coordination of a network of actors working with the young people of Lower Rhine) and the linking of young people looking for housing with private donors. It is in this spirit that we have created a mobile office in an equipped vehicle, the Loji Truck to allow us to meet young people with modest incomes, donors and various partners closest to their territories. This working tool is a branch of our service and carries out the same mission as we do at our premises in Strasbourg and Haguenau. For many young people in rural communities, remoteness and displacement are a barrier to access to services offered in larger cities. That is why we want to develop this adapted service that contributes to their social integration with: — A Solidary Real Estate Agency by Amitel. — A housing grant in the private park to meet the demands of young people (small housing, available quickly,..). — Distribution of “first housing guides” to young people (information guide, practical technical sheets, such as a vade-mecum).
