The Grand Est Region, as the leader in vocational training for jobseekers, develops and finances an annual regional group training programme (PRF). The PRF offers training pathways to employment, ranging from the validation of career paths to the qualification required for this access. This grant application includes 46 new training actions. The selection of actions submitted under the IEJ grant application is made jointly with the managing authority of the European funds, with a view to their consistency with the objectives of the IEJ. As such, the present transaction excludes some of the shares of the FRP whose nature is not – or is very little – compatible with the JEI. Actions relating to the preparation of the competitions have not been included, due to the fact that they are inconsistent for most of the NEET public. According to the same logic, actions under the “Basic Competence Objective” typology of the Region were discarded, due to the variety of public concerned (observed by the age of participants data collected by the Region following past FRPs), largely incompatible with the YEI criteria. The actions retained are therefore those whose nature and the public are compatible with the IEJ.
