In order to combat the exclusion of older people and ageing disabled people, the Altenberg association wants to develop a totally innovative and unique service at national level entitled Intergenerational Home In Day “Myosotis”, which brings together young audiences with difficulties of integration in the framework of partnerships with local and regional social structures. The personal services sector is indeed a source of jobs in the making and this service thus generates vocations for a young audience, in addition to breaking the isolation of ageing elderly and disabled people, and promoting social cohesion through its activities based on the intergenerational link. The integration into this project of young people in integration/probation: they accompany employees in their mission of animation/workshops. Very few retirement homes or other senior residences open their doors to this type of public. In addition, it also fosters intergenerational ties and strengthens their confidence in them.
