The sustainability project of "Stamtish: Solidarity Network around the plate" aims to strengthen the facilitation of the social and professional inclusion of people with a migrant background. In this context, Stamtish implements itinerant actions on the territory in order to enable them to gain experience, practice French and create a link, whether professional or with civil society (Cooking Workshops, Escape Game Culinaire, Pop-ups restaurants...). In 2022, beyond these one-off (and regular year-on-year) actions, and as part of the project, Stamtish intends to strengthen the support of cooks. With this in mind, it is envisaged to structure the support cycle by setting up training and knowledge transfer modules – in conjunction with partners or internally – but also to develop a “Pôle Restauration” in order to offer more opportunities for cooks to gain experience and strengthen their employability, this “Pôle Restoration” could take the form of an associative restaurant, although the legal form remains to be determined. In order to achieve these objectives, Stamtish plans to perpetuate the employee in charge of socio-professional integration and to renew the employee in charge of the development of the “Pôle Restoration”.
