The craft sector represents a real potential for jobs and careers and is looking for qualified personnel. The “Development of Qualifying Vocational Training in the Craft Sector” project aims to enable craft workers and self-employed workers, as well as job seekers, to raise their level of qualification and obtain a certified qualification at level 4 for Assistant Artisan Enterprise Executive (ADEA) training and level 5 for the Master’s Certificate (BM). This latest training is offered in 13 craft trades in the food, production, construction and services sectors. The ADEA and Brevet de Maîtrise training courses, particularly adapted to the needs of craft companies, contribute to securing the career paths of employees and their evolution. Centered on the company, they also meet the needs of those who have a business creation or takeover project.
