Log-SSMII – Software Tools for Intelligent and Innovative Mobility Services and Systems – MMaSyF 2020

The project “Software Tools for Intelligent and Innovative Mobility Services and Systems” (LOG-SSMII) is part of a global research project on the design and control of “Intelligent and Innovative Mobility Services and Systems”. The aim is to design software models and processes that can help integrate new technological objects (robots, smart vehicles, drones, etc.) into economically stable and socially efficient systems and services. It reflects the project’s inclusion in the central theme of Challenge 2 of LabEx IMobS3 (Innovative Mobility of People, Goods and Machines), relating to Intelligent Mobility services and systems, (industrial transit systems, drone-assisted urban or rural logistics systems, vehicle sharing systems involving inter-communicating vehicles, etc.) and the view that the societal and economic efficiency of such systems will depend on the quality of their control and management via the new technologies of Digital. In this logic, the LOG-SSMII project will naturally rely on the PAVIN platform (“Auvergne Platform for Smart Vehicles”) as a place of experimentation and demonstration and the associated investments will concern the different versions of this platform (urban, industrial and agricultural).
