The SMTC-HQ is looking for a company or consortium to operate a bus network line with rolling stock whose propulsion system uses hydrogen as the main fuel produced from decarbonised and local sources, under the economic conditions of final cost for the SMTC-AC similar to those found in the current markets. To do this, the SMTC-AC will launch a public procurement (competitive dialogue). To date, the standardisation of the network is not sufficiently advanced for the SMTC-AC to be able to purchase separately all the elements to guarantee the operation and maintenance of buses in the long term, without taking a high risk. The SMTC-HQ is therefore looking for a package that carries the risk associated with the system. The duration of the contract will be between 10 and 20 years. AMO’s service consists of looking for a service provider to accompany the SMTC-AC in the context of the award of this contract: sourcing, preparation of technical documents, legal support, follow-up of competitive dialogue, analysis of offers.
