GIP Récia’s mission in its constitutive agreement is to support its members and offer them appropriate technological solutions. It informs its members about the various regulatory obligations and the support for setting up organisations to meet them. It is within this framework that it strives to offer reliable, ergonomic and pooled solutions as well as expertise for its members and partners. Within this framework, the Regional Council, the Universities of Tours and Orleans that INSA Centre-Val de Loire commissioned the GIP Récia to support them in the development of the skills learning process. The operation consists of pooling the approach as well as the ePortfolio platform between the two regional universities and INSA Centre-Val de Loire, to support this platform on the information systems of the institutions, but also to design and develop ePortfolio models adapted to the training provided by the institutions. The models developed will be designed to support the learning process by skills among students and thus promote the follow-up of their achievements. The project also consists of pooling the accommodation infrastructure as well as the practices and experiences of the various actors at regional but also national level.
