Open badges value lifelong knowledge, promote equality between citizens by giving value to non-diploma experiences, and are tools that constitute an e-portfolio. This project, carried out in the form of a collaborative operation between GIP RECIA (leader) and its partner La Ligue de l’Enseignement 37 (association), aims to promote the recognition of the skills of non-formal and informal experience through open badges by relying on the actors of the local authorities, the economy, orientation and integration and training. It also aims to bring resources to local communities and organisations (company, training organisations, community) and to develop opportunities for the most disadvantaged through the recognition of the know-how derived from experience. It will have a regional impact with several thousand inhabitants users.
