The crisis has reinforced the change in practices already observed, so it is essential to upgrade training institutes by equipping staff with laptops in order to support the transition already underway. In addition, in response to the difficulties of the institutes and in order to promote and support the deployment of digital technology in training, a major project to modernise WiFi is being undertaken in order to enable the development of BYOD. The proposed action should improve working and learning conditions by taking into account the development of digital technology. The main objective of this operation is to make available to learners health and social training, not or poorly equipped, laptops in order to enable them to follow their training in the best conditions. Indeed, the setting up of distance courses, largely developed during the health crisis, will settle permanently in practices, in the same way, remote evaluations are multiplying.
