the Centre Hospitalier de TROYES has been positioned since 2013 in favour of the development of e-health in its health basin. Legislative and regulatory developments have successively shifted it from the support (or pivot) establishment of its territorial hospital community and recently to its territorial hospital grouping (GHT). The development of e-health is based on exchanges between the actors of the patient care pathway of the health basin. With this in mind, the CH de TROYES has carried out four important actions in recent years: — The drafting of a digital care territory project (TSN) named OPTIMIPSTIC (optimising the Care Path through Information and Communication Technologies) with the support of the ARS, CPAM and the Departmental Council of Aube and the 7 departmental orders (doctor, nurse, physiotherapist, midwife, pharmacist, dentist and podologist), as well as hundreds of actors in the field, – The creation of a joint management of all the public health institutions of the Aube, named Hôpitaux de Champagne Sud (HCS), – The creation of a group of health cooperation resources providing a legal basis and efficient means of pooling for its members, the GCS Numérique Sud Champagne, – The signing of an agreement with the University of Technology of Troyes (UTT), allowing the development of innovative projects, various and varied and in connection with OPTIMIPSTIC
