The project concerns the thermal renovation of social housing. The energy quality of the buildings covered by this programme is well below a large part of the park of châlons in champagne habitat. A thermal renovation was therefore established as the ideal solution to allow their tenants to significantly reduce their energy bills. The operation will mainly concern the insulation of buildings and the aesthetics of the facades. Additional work (smoking, fitting-out of halls, breakdown of dwellings) is also included in the budget. A residentisation component will be integrated into the project. The rehabilitation of parking areas, landscaping, access, meeting areas... A feasibility study had been imposed on the Maitrise d’oeuvre team to improve the heating system in place.
