A 4-week preparatory phase provided by the Local Mission will allow young people benefiting from the GJA to initiate the first FLE courses, to initiate preparatory work in vocational guidance and to prepare the young person to integrate the project in a dynamic where a strong personal investment will be required. For 6 weeks, the young person will progress in autonomy and in his various learnings. He will be able to work on linguistic content and/or work on collaborative projects through a pedagogy that will focus on the valorisation of young people in their previous career (acquired, skills, know-how,...) and the progressive development of the professional project and an action plan adapted to each one.
