Purchase of sanitary equipment to protect the population from the COVID-19 outbreak

In the context of the health crisis linked to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Occitania Region is mobilising strongly to respond to the emergency, protect its population and continue to relaunch economic activity. The Region has thus embarked on a very large-scale operation, scouring potential suppliers, identifying stocks still available and systematically ordering, in order to protect and protect the community, its employees and its public, from existing strains on supplies such as masks, hydro-alcoholic gel, single-use gloves, carts, over-blockers, plexiglass (for the development of receptions, offices and the manufacture of visors...). The aim of these purchases of sanitary equipment is to protect the population and limit the spread of the virus by equipping the following different audiences: — employees of the Region, – staff of transport companies acting on behalf of and on behalf of the community, – schools transported by the public regional transport service, – trainees and apprentices in vocational training, – high school students, – job seekers in vocational training...
