The Sys2Diag laboratory is launching the MINEDIT platform project whose objective is the development of miniaturised RNA publishing technologies for health (psychiatry, cancer, inflammation, infectiology), based in particular on microfluidics. In order to accelerate the deployment of mRNA-editing tests in a multiplexed manner and to limit the cost and consumption of biobanks, academic and industrial research centres wish to have alternative technologies to next-generation sequencing (NGS). The Sys2Diag laboratory is the leader in the use of mRNA for diagnostics, also has recognised expertise in microfluidics and the development of innovative biotechnologies for medical diagnosis. It will benefit from these assets to propose the development of the MINEDIT platform (miniaturised analysis of the edition of RNAs) which will be the world’s first of its kind.
