The Covid crisis has reinforced the digitalisation of society as all day-to-day activities and social needs are digitised. It has lifted the veil on inequalities in access to the internet network, computer equipment and disparities in uses and know-how. Thus the context of confinement, and the health, social and economic crisis have only amplified the place of digital in our society and amplified the risks of exclusion being linked to it, making the problem of digital inclusion central. As part of its mission of animation and support for private non-profit solidarity actors at the regional, departmental and territorial level, the URIOPSS Hauts de France project is to develop a Digital Inclusion for All (PRINT) Resource Hub and to boost a digital inclusion strategy by being part of the REACT-EU programme; This resource cluster will provide support and support both to the welcomed and accompanied audiences and to the accompanying and managing bodies of establishments and services. The aim of the project is directed towards the most vulnerable people and relies on innovations, uses and digital tools to: — Fight against illectronism and isolation – Promote access to rights – Promote participation and self-determination.
