The Delegations APF France handicap located in Amiens, Arras, Beauvais, Lille and Saint-Quentin wish to accelerate digitalisation already initiated by agreements with organisations identified (CAF, CPAM, UCL,...) or as a digital relay and be identified by people with disabilities and/or disabled people as open and inclusive. It is necessary to individualise the accompaniments, to take the time and to repeat as much as necessary the learnings while respecting the rhythm of each. For people with disabilities a specific support will be offered to find the right technological solution (technical help) and test it in order to be able to use digital tools in an efficient and adapted way. These arrangements and/or adaptations will provide a quality of use to any other person accompanied for more relevant and efficient learning. We also want to bring these services to the most remote territories by promoting homelessness where digital access can be even more complex and/or places that are not accessible. Specifically, the 5 delegations will welcome on the spot, with the help of the identified digital mediators, all people who need access, support or training in tools and/or useful software and sites.
